Return & Exchange Policy

  • The product is not custom-stitched, made-to-order, altered, or personalised

Gandham Fashions reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving any return, exchange, or refund.

Products Not Eligible for Return

The following products may not be eligible for standard returns:

  • Custom-stitched products
  • Made-to-order products
  • Altered products
  • Personalised products
  • Used, worn, washed, stained, or damaged products
  • Products with missing tags or missing original packaging
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Products with fragrance, sweat marks, makeup stains, or visible usage
  • Jewellery or accessories showing signs of use
  • Products purchased during final sale or clearance, if marked non-returnable
  • Products specifically mentioned as non-returnable on the product page

Exchange Eligibility

Exchange may be available for eligible products depending on:

  • Product condition
  • Category
  • Size availability
  • Stock availability
  • Return timeline
  • Product eligibility
  • Inspection approval

A product may be eligible for exchange if it is unused, undamaged, unwashed, and returned with original tags, packaging, accessories, and invoice details.

Exchange requests must also be raised within the 7-day return window.

Size Exchange

For standard-size clothing products, size exchange may be available subject to stock availability.

Customers are advised to check size details carefully before placing an order. If the requested size is unavailable, Gandham Fashions may guide the customer with available options, which may include another size, another product, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Size exchange may not be available for custom-stitched, altered, or made-to-order products.

Jewellery and Accessories Exchange

Jewellery and accessories may be eligible for exchange only if they are unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and tags.

For hygiene and quality reasons, jewellery or accessories showing signs of wear, damage, missing parts, stains, or handling marks may not be accepted for return or exchange.

Custom-Stitched Product Return and Exchange

Custom-stitched, made-to-order, altered, or personalised products are generally not eligible for return or exchange because they are prepared according to customer measurements, design preferences, and order requirements.

Exceptions may be considered only if:

  • A wrong product is delivered
  • There is a verified defect
  • The product is significantly different from the confirmed order details
  • An error is accepted by Gandham Fashions after review

Fit issues caused by incorrect measurements shared by the customer may not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Images of tags, packaging, and invoice where required
  • Unboxing video, if the issue is related to damage, missing item, or wrong product

Product Inspection

All returned products may be inspected after they are received by Gandham Fashions.

A return or exchange may be rejected if:

  • Product is used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged
  • Original tags or packaging are missing
  • Product has stains, fragrance, marks, or signs of use
  • Product is returned after the allowed timeline
  • Product is different from the originally delivered item
  • Product is non-returnable

If the return or exchange is rejected after inspection, the product may be sent back to the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they should contact Gandham Fashions as soon as possible with order details and clear images.

  • Close-up image of damage or defect
  • Unboxing video
